iPhonefans @condieuuocmo Where are you living now? If you are living in big cities, you probably can join some english clubs or groups where you can often have chances to interact with foreigners. This is the best way to improve your communication skill.
ppptran @condieuuocmo It depends on whats your goal from those english courses. If you just want to be able to communicate ,read,write in a basic manner, i strongly suggest that you should jump to any forum that written in english. Furthermore, you need to read alot; there are tons of sources on the net, for instant, cnn and other media corps. If you want to have a proper knowledge and background, i urge you to learn english in proper ways; such as, academic way. With this method, you will learn about paragraph, thesis, intro,body,conclusion. Also, you will learn about argument......basically, you will learn how to write a proper essay/research paper. After all of that, the last step is critical thinking.
condieuuocmo @iPhonefans I live in Saigon city, I usually read english book, if It has words I don't know, so I used google translate. Sometimes, I lazy when I translate total ebook file and read Vietnamese.
iPhonefans @condieuuocmo I think first you need to follow some basic courses at an english center. You need to know all basic grammar and know how to write and pronounce words correctly. Just start from something very simple such as the above. "I live in Saigon city. I usually read english books. if these english books have words I don't know, I use google translate. Sometimes, I'm lazy and I translate the whole ebook into Vietnamese and read it" --> It is not cool english but at least it is grammatically correct.

iPhonefans @condieuuocmo With your level right now, you should start with something very basic but not IELTS. Better you and your friends (2 more) hire a teacher at home.
