Khử trùng nước hồ bơi bằng muối


Nếu bạn chưa quen với việc chăm sóc hồ bơi nước mặn, bạn có thể không biết nước thực sự được khử trùng bằng clo. Trên thực tế, nó có (lý tưởng) cùng một lượng clo tự do như bất kỳ hồ bơi thông thường nào. Sự khác biệt nằm ở cách thức khử trùng được sử dụng cho nước hồ bơi của bạn.

Với hệ thống nước muối, bạn cho muối vào bể thay vì clo. Sau đó, máy tạo muối clo của bạn sẽ hạ gục (thuật ngữ siêu kỹ thuật) dung dịch muối (nước mặn), biến muối thành axit hypochlorous (HClO) và natri hypochlorite (NaClO), hợp chất thường được gọi là clo.

Bởi vì quá trình điện phân (hạ gục) xảy ra khi nước muối đi qua chất khử clo, clo được thêm chậm và đều đặn suốt ngày đêm. Chất khử clo của bạn sẽ không bao giờ cung cấp một lượng lớn clo tinh khiết cho hồ bơi của bạn cùng một lúc, vì vậy nước mềm hơn và dịu hơn cho da, tóc và mắt của người bơi.

Nhược điểm là nó cũng có thể giúp tảo phát triển dễ dàng hơn nếu bạn để hóa chất bể bơi của bạn trượt dù chỉ một chút.
