Em mới mua laptop
Bên Hanoilab (Giảng võ) mua vào tháng 8 năm 2016, lúc đầu dùng khá ok ,nhưng đem về dùng đc 2 ngày bắt đầu có dấu hiệu xuống cấp ,máy rất lag CPU , RAM luôn luôn ở trên mức 70 80%, e đi bảo hành thì bên anh chỉ recovery lại cho em ,bảo RAM bị như vậy do WIN 10 nặng, và dùng vẫn vậy , đằng nào cũng bỏ tiền nên e chấp nhận, được 1 thời gian tầm vào tháng 9 sử dụng thì laptop lỗi pin, hỏng pin ko nhận ( bên e có ổn áp ) cắm trực tiếp và ko rút ra rút vào nhiều lần vì laptop để cố định . Sau đó mang tới bảo hành thì báo "lỗi pin" và mất hơn 5 lít để mua lại pin mới , tiện thay đồ e nâng RAM lên 8GB luôn cầm về dùng vẫn lỗi RAM, CPU, mức 70% dù mới recovery chưa cài cái gì hết ? đã vậy còn dính thêm lỗi 100% DISK rất khó hiểu ,cam chịu vì mua phải con laptop này thì dùng tạm, ai ngờ đến đầu tết mùng 2, nó lại báo lỗi pin ko nhận sạc "pluging in , not charging" ,
Thực sự e ko hiểu sao bên anh chính sách bảo hành lại kém vậy, sửa chữa tới 2-3 lần , mất rất nhiều thời gian vào tiền bạc mà vẫn không đâu vào đâu ?
Nói ra thì chắc các anh khó chịu nhưng thực sự e cũng chả muốn vậy, e cũng sẵn sàng bỏ ra nhiều tiền mua cái laptop , bỏ ra nhiều tiền để sửa chữa mà nó vẫn chả ra đâu vào đâu , e thực sự quá nản , thời gian e cũng chả nhiều , vác con laptop đi bh xa tận hơn 10km chả hay ho gì
