Sau khi jailbroken với evasi0n 1.0.7, một số thiết bị đã không thể upgrade lên version mới nhất như Cydia Subtrate 0.9.5001, New Curses 5.7-13 hay Flipswitch 1.0.3, cũng không thể cài Activator 1.8.3, các bạn hãy thực hiện từng bước sau:
1- Vào Cydia> Search: iCleaner 7.1.3-3 BigBoss, cài đặt xong mở iCleaner chọn ON 3 mục icon của Cydia là Cydia, Cydia Sources, và Unsued dependencies. Sau đó nhấn Clean. Xong Respring.
2- Vào Cydia> Changes sẽ thấy list trắng chỉ còn các apps/tweaks đã installed. Nhấn Refresh.
3- Sau khi Resfresh xong sẽ thấy hiện lại tất cả kiện hàng Cydia và: Cydia Subtrate 0.9.5001, Flipswitch 1.0.3, New Curses 5.7-13, Subtrate Safe Mode 0.9.4000, v.v... search sẽ thấy Activator 1.8.3.

QUESTION:
So today I updated my 5s to 7.0.6, restored my phone, and re-jailbroke. Everything went fine, and I went in to cydia to reinstall the few packages I had. The main one was Activator, and when I went to install it I would land at teh confirm screen, but no install link would be present. Instead it stated that there are dependencies that can't be found. At the bottom of the confirm screen it shows, in pink, that it cannot find Flipswitch, and it depends on "Flipswitch>=1.0.2~beta1". Subsequent searches of the packages available show no Flipswitch.
Additionally, In checking using my iPad Air to see if it worked there (it did), I noticed that the Cydia Substrate on my ipad is 0.9.5001, where on my iPhone 5s it is 0.9.5000. Both run on iOS 7.0.6.
This definitely looks like some sort of 5s bug to me, but maybe the group here can assist. If a number of core packages are missing/not updated, it really makes Cydia hard to use.

Similar to the above suggestions, but maybe this step-by-step will be helpful? Note: No repositories need to be removed or re-added.
1. Install "iCleaner"
2. Open iCleaner and turn on the following: Cydia, Cydia Sources, unused dependencies, log files, cache files, temporary files, filetype cleanup
3. Select Clean. iCleaner should ask to respring when done. Respring
4. Open Cydia
5. Select "Changes" tab. This tab should be blank.
6. Select "Refresh"
7. When refresh completes, you should have some new tweaks (i.e. Cydia Substrate) highlighted for upgrade. Upgrade them.
8. Done. Your tweaks should now download and install correctly.
