Kiểu như là: email bạn có hay Apple ID bạn có trùng nhau không? Nếu trùng nhau thì xem trong hộp thư để xem xem coi bạn có active Apple ID chưa? Nếu rồi mà nó vẫn bị thì chia buồn vì nó đòi thông tin từ Credit Card thì thua rồi ( vì Apple ID làm từ App Store Mỹ đòi tài khoản thẻ Credit Card của Mỹ phát hành, bạn có add vào CC của Visa hay Master mà do ngân hàng VN phát hành thì cũng không chấp nhận)
